Having played the first two parts of the trilogy, I could hardly wait for this last one. It was well worth the wait. Even though I only started playing it, this one looks by far the most refined visually and audibly. Right off the bat you can easily tell that a huge amount of effort has gone into making this body of “work” – as it’s much more than just a game. Just check out the credits to get an idea of the many talented creators who made it happen. The interface looks great and right from the start you get drawn into an atmosphere which makes it feel as you’re actually in the 1500’s catacombs. I’ll have more feedback as I spend more time in it. Oh, and one of the best things about it is that the system requirements are still the same as the first two, meaning it can still work on my old 1GB ATI video card. This is no small feat given all the visual delicacies.
